The solution
A reusable BLE logger goes into each consignment and records temperature, humidity and shock every few minutes for the whole trip. BLE gateways at your dock and store download the log automatically on arrival; the platform produces an excursion report per shipment, flags any breach with the time it happened, and alerts on arrival if a limit was crossed.

Yes — they are returned with the packaging or on the next inbound and re-used; a typical logger lasts a year on one battery.
What if the receiving site has no gateway?
A phone app can read the logger, or the logger returns with the packaging and is read at your site; gateways at the customer are a scale-up option.
