For bulk purchases, institutional orders, or purchase order-based transactions, customers may opt for direct bank transfer.

3. Purchase Orders (For Institutions & Enterprises)

We accept official Purchase Orders from:

• Educational Institutions
• Government Organizations
• MSMEs & Corporate Entities
• Registered Manufacturing Units

PO-based billing requires:

• Official company letterhead
• GST / Tax details
• Authorized signatory approval

Commercial terms for PO transactions are governed under our:

• Terms of Service
• Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Shipping & Return Policy

Credit terms (if applicable) are subject to prior approval.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable pin codes.

Please note:

• COD orders may be subject to additional handling charges.
• Certain high-value, custom, or bulk orders are not eligible for COD.
• TwoElectrons Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disable COD for specific users or locations.

5. International Payments (If Applicable)

For international customers, payments may be accepted via:

• International wire transfer
• SWIFT remittance

Applicable bank charges, currency conversion fees, and intermediary charges must be borne by the customer.

Orders will be processed upon full receipt of payable amount.

6. GST & Tax Invoicing

TwoElectrons provides valid GST-compliant tax invoices for all eligible transactions.

Customers must ensure correct GSTIN details are entered at checkout or provided before invoice generation.

Once generated, invoice revisions may not be possible.

7. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing

• Online payments: Processed automatically upon successful confirmation.
• Bank transfers: Processed after payment reflection in our account.
• PO orders: Processed as per agreed commercial terms.

8. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

We maintain strict transaction monitoring mechanisms to prevent fraud and misuse.

• Hold or cancel suspicious transactions
• Request identity verification
• Reverse payments in case of gateway failure or compliance violations

9. Refunds & Failed Transactions

In case of:

• Duplicate payments
• Failed transactions with debited amount
• Cancelled orders eligible for refund
