The Forte ER26500 offers a larger energy reserve for compatible remote and industrial devices. This C-size lithium thionyl chloride primary battery has a nominal voltage of 3.6V and a listed capacity of 9000mAh, making it useful where low average consumption and extended operation are central to the design.
Consider it for suitable utility meters, wireless alarms, tracking systems and remote monitoring equipment that accept its voltage and current profile. The listed maximum continuous and pulse currents are 200mA and 400mA respectively. Its C-size designation does not make it interchangeable with a conventional 1.5V C battery. Check the device specification and terminal arrangement before installation. One non-rechargeable cell is supplied.
