Product Description
The Milesight SG50 Ultra Low Power Solar LoRaWAN® Gateway enables remote off-grid IoT networks by combining low-power LoRaWAN® connectivity with solar energy, rechargeable battery backup and cellular backhaul. It is suited to agricultural fields, renewable-energy sites, utility assets, remote environmental monitoring and sites without wired power.
The IP67-rated outdoor industrial enclosure supports 8 half-duplex LoRaWAN channels and regional frequencies including IN865, subject to ordering the correct RF model. Its efficient power architecture supports continuous remote connectivity from solar and battery sources and up to approximately four days' typical operation without sunlight, depending on traffic, battery state and test conditions. Wireless backhaul uses supported 4G LTE variants for remote deployments.
Field installation can use pole or wall mounting, optional solar panel/mounting accessories, and Milesight remote management.
