Milesight VS341-915M Desk and Seat Occupancy Sensor is the Pro dual-technology model of Milesight's LoRaWAN® desk and seat monitoring family. It combines passive infrared (PIR) and a thermopile infrared sensor to detect whether desks or seats are occupied while supporting anonymous workspace utilization analytics. The manufacturer specifies occupancy recognition up to 98% under suitable conditions; thermopile performance is affected by ambient temperature.
VS341 features a PIR sensing field of 107° horizontal × 107° vertical, PIR detection within 1 m, and a 50° thermopile field of view at the 50% sensitivity level. Interchangeable PIR covers enable sensing areas for individual desks, face-to-face desks, bar tables and round tables.
