Weight plates suit small parts in bins (quantity = weight ÷ part weight); ultrasonic level suits bulk or granular material in larger bins. The pilot can mix both.
How accurate is the count?
Typically within a few percent for small parts; the dashboard shows a range and the threshold is set with a safety margin.
Can it raise a purchase requisition automatically?
Yes — a webhook can create a requisition or a kanban signal in the ERP in the scale-up phase.
