LoRaWAN SocketSync Proximity Gateway
The Lansitec SocketSync Proximity Gateway combines Bluetooth 5.0 and LoRaWAN connectivity to provide indoor proximity detection, local audible and visual alarms, and long-range wireless reporting. When a Bluetooth beacon enters the configured proximity range, the gateway activates its buzzer and LED, then forwards the beacon ID and received signal strength indicator (RSSI) through LoRaWAN for centralized monitoring.
In addition to proximity alarming, the device operates as a Bluetooth gateway, collecting messages from nearby tracking labels, beacons, sensors, bracelets and other BLE devices. Configurable settings include alarm RSSI threshold, buzzer volume and duration, position report interval, heartbeat interval and Bluetooth payload filtering. With geo-fencing, FOTA over Bluetooth, AES128 encryption, AC mains power and a built-in rechargeable battery, it is suited to indoor safety, asset protection and personnel-monitoring applications.
