WiFi Indoor Bluetooth Gateway
The Lansitec WiFi Indoor Bluetooth Gateway (Part No. 100-18579) combines Bluetooth 5.0 iBeacon reception with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network connectivity for indoor asset and personnel tracking. It collects signals from compatible Bluetooth tags, staff badges and wireless sensors, then forwards data to a configured server using HTTP or MQTT. Designed for facilities, factories, hospitals, offices and event spaces, it supports configurable Bluetooth payload filtering, reporting intervals and geo-fence workflows with suitable software.
The 120 × 120 × 31 mm gateway has a rugged ABS/PC enclosure, 600 mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery, Micro-USB charging and 5 V/1 A external power. It supports 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, WPA/WPA2, TLS/SSL and firmware updates over Bluetooth. Lansitec specifies handling up to 200 received beacon messages per second and up to 15 beacon messages in a reporting package. Positioning accuracy is stated as approximately 3 m for suitable indoor BLE RTLS setups; actual accuracy depends on the beacon/receiver layout and deployment.
