Product Description
The BlueBee BLE Asset Tag provides Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 identification for asset, inventory, logistics, retail and container tracking. Its built-in tamper-detection mechanism detects attempted removal from an asset.
The compact soft-foam tag measures approximately 30 × 20 × 4 mm, is rated IP65 and uses a CR2032 battery with up to two years of battery life. Receiving range is up to 80 m in open space, depending on conditions.
Each tag uses one factory-selected beacon protocol: proprietary Bluetooth, Google Eddystone or Apple iBeacon, with iBeacon as default. Firmware and beacon mode cannot be reconfigured after flashing; customization requires contacting the manufacturer.
