The GB100 smart safety helmet integrates LoRaWAN wireless communication technology and a multi-sensor perception system. While providing fundamental head protection, it incorporates solar charging and a multi-sensor collaboration mechanism. The product features fall detection, helmet removal recognition, SOS emergency alert, multi-level live-wire proximity sensing, and BeiDou/GPS/Bluetooth triple positioning. It can monitor environmental hazards such as high temperature and high-voltage proximity in real time, along with detecting abnormal personnel status, and provides immediate warnings via local voice alerts. All data is transmitted via the LoRa network to a unified management platform, enabling real-time risk alerts, dynamic personnel status management, and comprehensive data traceability.
It is suitable for high-risk work environments such as construction, power grid operations, chemical plants, petrochemical facilities, and mining. It provides round-the-clock intelligent monitoring and early warning for personnel location, behavioral status, and environmental risks, significantly enhancing on-site safety and management efficiency.
