Milesight EM500-PT100-915M PN: T500 Platinum Temperature Sensor is a long-range industrial temperature monitoring system designed for high-temperature processes. This product uses the PN T500 three-wire platinum resistance temperature probe for compatible industrial machinery, ovens, boilers, chimneys, liquid and gas process equipment, and laboratory monitoring, reporting measurements over LoRaWAN®.
T500 probe only: Measurement range −50°C to +500°C, Class A accuracy, 0.1°C resolution and manufacturer-listed typical accuracy of ±0.5°C (−50°C to +170°C) and ±1.2°C (+170°C to +500°C). The straight stainless-steel 304 probe is Ø4 × 30 mm, IP30, with fiberglass cable rated −50°C to +500°C and a standard cable length of 1.5 m (customizable). The IP67 rating applies to the separate LoRaWAN transmitter; the T500 probe is IP30.
The battery-operated transceiver supports LoRaWAN® OTAA/ABP Class A and Milesight D2D, remote downlink configuration, NFC mobile-app settings and USB Type-C PC configuration. It stores up to 1,000 measurement records and provides data retransmission, retrieval, threshold and change alarms. The replaceable 19,000 mAh ER34615 Li-SOCl₂ battery has an OEM laboratory life estimate of 10 years with 10-minute reports at 25°C. The transmitter itself operates from −30°C to +70°C, not at the T500 probe's maximum sensing temperature.
Regional frequency: TwoElectrons SKU 2ESE2188 is listed as EM500-PT100-915M T500. IN865 is one of the manufacturer’s regional LoRaWAN options, but the frequency compatibility of the supplied 915M unit must be confirmed for Indian installation.
