Product Description
Milesight EM500-PT100-915M PN: T800 Platinum Temperature Sensor is a long-range industrial contact temperature monitoring device. This variant uses a 3-wire Class A platinum resistance temperature probe intended for suitable high-temperature industrial machinery, ovens, process equipment, chimneys, boilers and laboratory processes. Readings are transmitted through an IP67 LoRaWAN® transceiver to compatible gateways and monitoring platforms.
PN T800 specifications only: Measurement range −50°C to +800°C, 0.1°C resolution, and manufacturer-listed typical accuracy of ±0.5°C (−50°C to +170°C), ±1°C (+170°C to +420°C), and ±2°C (+420°C to +800°C). The straight contact probe is made of 316 stainless steel and measures Ø5 × 50 mm. The probe is rated IP30, with a fiberglass cable rated −50°C to +800°C and standard length 1.5 m (customizable).
The separate transmitter has an IP67 enclosure and operates at ambient temperatures of −30°C to +70°C; it must remain outside the high-temperature sensing zone. LoRaWAN® OTAA/ABP Class A, Milesight D2D, NFC/mobile app configuration, USB Type-C PC console and remote LoRaWAN downlink settings are supported. Features include storage of 1,000 readings, retransmission, retrieval and threshold/change alarms. The replaceable 19,000 mAh ER34615 Li-SOCl₂ battery has an OEM laboratory estimate of up to 10 years at a 10-minute reporting interval and 25°C.
Regional frequency note: Existing TwoElectrons SKU 2ESE2189 is listed as EM500-PT100-915M with PN T800. The OEM lists an IN865 regional option, but the specific 915M device's frequency-plan suitability for India must be confirmed with the supplier. Only the T800 probe specifications are included here.
