Product Description
WT303 & WT304 Smart Fan Coil Thermostat is a LoRaWAN-enabled room thermostat for controlling fan coil units (FCUs) in commercial and residential HVAC installations.
It supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems, with compatible 3-speed or electronically commutated (EC) fan configurations depending on the model.
A 2.7-inch black-and-white e-ink display, built-in temperature and humidity sensors, local control buttons and programmable schedules help manage indoor comfort and energy use.
Use manual controls, pre-programmed schedules or LoRaWAN remote management via a compatible gateway and network server.

Product Features
- Designed for HVAC fan coil units and indoor building climate control.
- WT303 supports 2-pipe FCUs with 3-speed fans and 2-/3-wire on/off valves, and 4-pipe FCUs with 3-speed fans and 2-wire on/off valves.
- WT304 supports additional compatible combinations with 0–10 V proportional valves and electronically commutated (EC) fans. Verify the OEM wiring chart before selection.
- 2.7-inch e-ink display shows room temperature, humidity and device status.
- Built-in temperature sensor has 0.1°C resolution with ±0.5°C accuracy from 0°C to 60°C.
- Humidity sensor supports 0–100% RH with 0.1% RH resolution and typical ±2% RH accuracy.
- External 10 kΩ ±1% B3950 NTC sensor input and one dry-contact digital input for keycards/magnetic switches.
- Heat, Cool and Ventilation controls with Low, Medium, High and Auto fan modes.
- Set temperature between 5°C and 35°C.
- Eight programmable plans with up to 16 schedules each, plus open-window detection and freeze protection.
- LoRaWAN® OTAA/ABP Class C, Milesight D2D, multicast and FUOTA firmware update.
