The EX-301 is a high-performance LoRaWAN wireless monitoring sensor that simultaneously measures the vibration and surface temperature of industrial equipment. Its intelligent analysis functions collect raw acceleration data and record the time and duration of peak acceleration events for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
The sensor combines a high-strength alloy IP67 enclosure, bolt or magnetic mounting, and a built-in 3.6V 8500mAh battery for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. It is suitable for pipelines, generators, air compressors, pumps and other critical assets across chemical, metallurgical, power-generation and mechanical-manufacturing applications.
