Product Description
DFRobot Ultrasonic ToF Material Detection Sensor (SEN0560) is a compact short-range ultrasonic time-of-flight sensor designed to identify surface materials by analyzing differences in ultrasonic echo energy. It can distinguish hard and soft surfaces within 2–10 cm, making it suitable for robotic cleaners, smart appliances and embedded automation systems.
The sensor operates from 3.3V, consumes only about 8mA during normal operation, provides a 45° field of view and supports both UART and digital IO output for straightforward controller integration.
